Swirl Shokupan

The Swirl Shokupan bread, a grand loaf reaching 70cm and weighs 1.8kg. It has a full-bodied flavour, crusty on the outside, but soft on the inside.

The Swirl Shokupan is our signature creation that is exclusive to Singapore.

Attention to the four seasons is very deeply ingrained in Japanese culture. This sense of the seasons, called kisetsukan (きせつかん) is essential at Boulangerie Asanoya.

Shun (旬) represents the joy of eating each ingredient at its very peak, and we strive to deliver this deliciousness to our customers every day.

Sweet green tea and white chocolate chip is added to the dough, wrapped in French bread dough and baked. Indulge in the crisp outer skin and soft and fluffy interior.

Our Swirl Shokupan also comes in other seasonal flavours like sakura, blueberry and strawberry.
